Private Session Booking Policy

Student/Instructor Exclusivity

The purchaser agrees to schedule ALL private training with Æ Instructors solely through the Æ Training Center website or with an Æ Consultant. Should either party contact and/or schedule private sessions outside of our agreement, then all parties will receive a Cease and Desist letter.

Zoom

All Private Æ Training Classes will take place via ZOOM Video Communications INC.

Students will receive a Zoom link in the confirmation email once the class is scheduled.

 

Be On Time!

Please log into Zoom 5 minutes BEFORE the allotted class time and wait for the Æ Instructor to let you in.

 

Student Late Arrival

If a student arrives between 1-10 minutes late, they are able to take class, however, it will be left to the instructors discretion whether or not they are able to fulfill the full 45 minutes.

 

Student No Show

Teachers are required to wait 10 minutes into class start time. If the student does not log on within the first 10 minutes of class it will be considered a no-show and no refund will be offered.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Student Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before class time. (A rescheduling option will be made available.)

 

Any cancellations made within 24 hours of class start time will be charged a cancellation fee of 10% of the yearly billed amount.

 

Class Cancellation

If Æ Training Center cancels a class for any reason, a rescheduling option will be offered for the specified class.
